Meeting (for Mika and Starla)

Hero was flying around. He looked down and saw Black Diamonds Beach. He hadn't been to the beach in a long time. He flew lower then folded his wings behind him. Dropping down and landed gracefully in the sand. One hand pressing into the black sand. He stood tall and looked around. Walking to the edge of the beach. His wings flexing before resting lightly against his sides. He looked over the land. It was a beautiful land. He enjoyed the beach. He sensed others here but not where they were. He didn't sense danger so he just kept looking out over the sands. His wings flexing every so often. He just stood there watching the sun rise up over the horizon. It was a beautiful sight when set the ocean surface to sparkling like diamonds were on the top of the water.

It's light, the beach's air, all of it was rather well. Since the day the Obscure Winged Angel met the female dragon he felt a simple warmth. Such simpleness was from how it felt to have a new charge. It was good to have a new objective in life. Such things were hard to come by. Even so the girl was his good friend now. Starla was the dragon he cared for, just as he had for him old friend. Just by her being there, the Angel felt better. 

The obscure colored feathers of the angel graced the air with each beat, every stroke brought the angel more feet over the beach area. His jade colored eyes looked over the sands as he flew through the winds. However the silver haired angel stopped. Vertical hovering his eyes cast over the area, something was different. The beating of his wings halted, he dropped as he flared out his wings. The descent slowed to where he would land softly on his feet. Mika glanced around, his hand on his hilt of the blade he carried. Starting a strafe he began to walk, soon seeing a figure. 

His own wings folded behind him, his gaze to the ocean. Diamonds. The ocean was beautiful. Be it he had seen many before yet it was always beautiful. Though, yet it still was not his fancy, he liked it at night. Turning his eyes he looked to the man with emerald wings, like him the man had different colored wings. Such a rare sight. He did wonder however. This man was angel yes?

Starla roused from her nap. She was still recovering from that arrow in her wing. Yet Mika had been very attentive and caring towards her. She no longer felt weak and like she was all alone. Mika had become a good friend of hers. She enjoyed their cove cave. Enjoyed having him curled up against her dragon form whenever they so happened to sleep. They were on odd sight to most but they were quite close by now. She went everywhere with him. She enjoyed his company immensely. Never had she felt so content as she did upon meeting Mika. They were each other's new purpose. She smiled as she stood in her human form. Washing in the salt waters inside the cove before heading out dressed in her clothes. She had bought a new outfit but unlike the one she wore upon meeting Mika it would tear if she shifted with it on. Dragon clothes were easily made but she planned to get fabric to make more with Mika later on. Right now she was alright with the clothes she had. She walked out onto the beach and stopped. Seeing the other angel. She watched and wondered how the two angel's interactions would go. From what she gathered from Mika angels he had known treated him badly. She hoped that this emerald winged angel would be different. He smelled different. More powerful than any angel she had ever encountered yet seemed more gentle than most. He had a good scent to him much like mika did.

Hero sensed the angel long before he sensed the dragon. Curiousity shot through him as he had not encountered any other angels before. He had emerald wings but in his dimension and world that indicated the highest ranking of angels. Which he had been. He had been his Earth's gods right hand man. He turned his gaze slowly from the ocean to Mika. A warm smile crossing his lips. "Good evening." He said with a kind and warm voice. He looked to the ocean. "Its a beautiful sight isn't it? I come here on some evenings and some mornings to see the sun set or rise across the ocean horizon." He then sensed the dragon and wondered why the dragon was staying a bit behind them. No matter. He doubted the dragon intended harm. He looked at Mika again. "Names Hero. Its been a long time since i've seen a fellow angel. What is your name?" He asked with a warm smile. His eyes filled with warmth and not at all judgmental.
